About the team

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing growth team. Split in a matrix structure. You will work as part of the global Partnership Team and closely with the global Acquisition Team and the local market teams.  You can be based in either London or Stockholm. Reporting to the Global Partnership Director 

Intro to the role 

Readly is looking for an analytically driven Affiliate Manager to lead the strategy and execution for customer acquisition through the affiliate channel on a global basis. The role will have responsibility for transforming our current affiliate program through improved business plans and relations with key affiliates, whilst also managing the agencies and affiliate networks in each country. There are no specialist affiliate managers in each country at present so the candidate will have ownership of this channel and strategy and has to be comfortable managing the channel in each country from afar, although there will be opportunities to travel. The role will include supporting the partnership team, working with the local Growth Managers and developing new opportunities to grow the partnership channel across all our markets. 


• Develop and lead the affiliate strategy and plans as part of our global Growth strategy

• Manage and nurture existing affiliates, partners, agencies and networks, and build strong long term relationships

• Recruit new affiliate partners and identify new opportunities for growth

• Manage all assets required in the affiliate programme and assist with assets for the partnership team. 

• Manage all magazine publisher affiliate relationships 

• Analyse results and optimise the affiliate program, deliver test and learn plans

• Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new marketing opportunities 

• Develop direct partnerships and account manage those partners 

• Manage costs of the affiliate channel and drive down the cost of acquiring customers

• Weekly and monthly reporting, invoicing

• Work closely with Growth Managers of all Readly markets to synch with local strategies as well as collaborating on local partnership strategies

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience (4-8 years) in a similar international affiliate environment, especially attractive if you have customer acquisition experience

• Ownership & Leadership: You need to have the confidence to come in and tell us how to run a successful affiliate channel 

• Campaign development and management across affiliate partners

• Must live and breath affiliate marketing - understanding networks, publishers, content producers, tracking and more

• Business development/account management experience, excellent negotiation skills

• Good organizational and communication skills to work in a dynamic,  fast-paced and very international environment and team

About you

• At least 3 years commercial experience and ideally degree educated

• Language skills – English needs to be fluent but Swedish and German would be a bonus

• Results driven: Relentless focus on the key inputs to deliver the desired results
