Role overview

The Paid Search Manager is passionate about delivering results, simplifies existing processes, and innovates to drive long-term results. They are known for testing in new areas and leveraging opportunities to scale based on results. Our ideal candidate has in-depth experience managing global Paid Search campaigns, leveraging data to achieve efficient results and working in conjunction with other paid media channels to drive conversions. They should have worked closely with multiple stakeholders in various geographic regions, and cross-functionally with key teams such as Analytics and Product.


  • Manage PPC (Google, Bing, Apple), Display, Youtube, dynamic re-targeting, and other digital marketing efforts
  • Ability to develop high level ppc strategy, leverage ppc across platforms and integrate paid media into multi-channel marketing strategy
  • Own and manage the search strategy and daily optimization tasks
  • Ensure campaign delivery, performance and goals are being fulfilled as planned
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion, and see through to implementation
  • Conduct competitive research, follow keyword trends, and audience insights
  • Measure, analyze and optimize efforts and effectively communicate your strategy and learnings


  • Experience managing large cross market paid search accounts hands on
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with strict performance driven KPIs
  • Proven track record of developing actionable recommendations from a quantitative analysis that meets or exceeds performance goals  
  • Experience in SEO is a plus
