Role overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Readly, you’ll work in the acquisition team where you get exposure to a variety of user acquisition channels (paid, organic, digital, non-digital) over time and a lot of responsibility. This team is part of a larger cross-functional Growth team. You need to be flexible and ready to work in a dynamic organization with high speed. In this role you will be a big part of setting the road map to success, so a visionary mindset combined with a hands-on attitude is needed.

What you’ll do

  • Manage key paid user acquisition channels, including paid social, native, mobile ad networks and other channels
  • Research, test and validate new channels to add to the acquisition channel mix
  • Manage your channels end to end. Continuously experiment with campaign structure, ads, targeting, and landing pages to increase the number of qualified leads
  • Work with in house creative teams to produce high performing creative
  • Collaborate with the in house analytics team to ensure channels are optimized using the all the data available, and that KPI reporting and dashboards are accurately set up and tracking

Who you are

  • You have hands on paid user acquisition experience, preferably at a fast-growing tech company
  • Have a thorough understanding of ad attribution and tracking on both web and mobile
  • You’re an expert with some paid channels and have a track record of learning new paid channels quickly
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, fast-moving environment 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
