Digital Analyst for the product team 

As a Digital analyst at Readly you will be an important part of the Product team, based in Stockholm. The team consists of UX Designers, Product designers, User Researchers and Product owners and you would be the valuable part that contributes with the quantitative aspects to product development and help us figure out the way forward for our team to reach our goals.

As a Digital Analyst for product development, you are responsible for how we track and analyse our apps. You follow up on our KPI’s, analyse behavioural trends and drive A/B-testing for our apps that we continuously do validate if we are on the right track. You work closely with our designers and user researchers. Together with our user researchers you drive and inspire the team towards becoming more data-driven in our decisions.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Perform analyses connected to the product roadmap to help the team learn how our apps are used.
  • Provides A/B-test setups and analysis to make sure we create tests we can learn from and understand the impact on key KPIs 
  • Drive and structure how our apps our tracked so we can trust our data and enable analyses tied to business needs and goals
  • Perform data quality audits on existing tagging infrastructure to identify gaps and improve data integrity
  • Setting up tracking requirements for new developed features, follow up and test them according to the release cycles.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards based on needs from primarily the product team but also from other stakeholders at Readly
  • Train the team on web analytics tools and analysis techniques with a goal of transferring knowledge and a data driven mindset.

Competencies & Experiences

  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics experience required)
  • Proven experience of A/B testing
  • Experience within tracking for apps
  • Ability to analyze app performance, site behaviors, usability and effectiveness of functionality
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically and to publish KPIs, reports, and dashboards in ways that are clear and actionable
  • Experience in visualizing multiple disparate data sets into one cohesive digital story
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience from similar roles
  • Great collaboration skills and experience of agile processes
  • A team player
