Paid Social Marketing Manager

Now, we are looking for a Paid Social Marketing Manager that helps us with the strategic planning and execution across our different marketing channels. Role Overview

As a Paid Social Marketing Manager, you will be part of our global Acquisition Team, with the responsibility of developing, executing and optimizing paid customer acquisition strategies across various social media channels. You should have a data driven mindset and already gained first experiences in digital marketing, ideally for an app or subscription service. You ́re a conversion specialist with a keen sense when it comes to optimizing social media campaigns.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns across 8 markets

  • Report on and provide regular insights into channel performance and ensure

    campaigns are consistently optimized towards target KPIs

  • Collaborate with broader Growth team and external partners to analyze the full

  • customer funnel experience and identify opportunities that can be used to improve

    on acquisition channels

  • Monitor budget pacing across campaigns and manage budget reallocations

  • Work closely with design and country leads to create, and constantly improve on,

    highly relevant and customer focused ad creative and messaging

  • Partner with Facebook and internal stakeholders to set up, monitor and report on

    A/B test and experiments within the channel by developing and testing new target


  • Explore new digital channels to extend our marketing opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

  • You are a seasoned veteran with 3-5 years digital marketing experience and at least 2 of those years managing paid social campaigns

  • You have strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze and draw insights from large data sets

  • You have hands-on experience when it comes to marketing tech tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Appsflyer and Tableau)

  • You have a good understanding of tracking across both the web and in apps

  • You are interested in developing marketing automation processes

  • You have good verbal and written communication skills

  • You have the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • You are a dedicated team player who is willing to work hands on and support other if needed

  • You are fluent in English; ability to speak foreign language is a bonus
