Analytics @ Readly
The analytics department is based in Sweden but works across all markets. The team consists of analysts, BI developers, data scientists and data engineers. We collaborate closely within the team, sharing both knowledge and work to broaden our professional skills. We like to learn new things and hope you feel the same way. The team provides analytical support to all our internal departments such as Marketing, Content, Product, Management and Finance.
About your role:
You will work side-by-side with stakeholders, developing the necessary tools and analyses to make data-driven decisions. You take ownership of your core area (Marketing, Content or Product) and drive development independently, reaching out for help and collaboration when needed.
Collaborate in the creation of definitions and metrics that will be used across the company
Develop new data models and manage existing ones from large data sets from multiple data sources
Design and create customised reports and dashboards
Perform deep-dive analysis of business relevant questions (e.g. understanding customer reading behaviour, retention, acquisition, churn etc)
Facilitate training sessions for stakeholders as needed
Required Experience & skills
+1 year experience as a data analyst or similar role
Strong skills in SQL and capable of managing large sets of data
Experienced with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlik or Power BI
A good communicator that think critically and can present KPIs, reports, and dashboards in ways that are clear and actionable
Has a keen eye for details and accuracy
Fluent in English
Swedish residency (we do not offer relocation packages)
One or more of the following would be highly desirable
Knowledge of statistical methods (e.g. hypothesis testing, machine learning)
Knowledge in Python/R
Knowledge in dbt
Data engineering/data modelling skills
Experience from the media industry or marketing analytics
