We are looking for a Marketing Partnership Manager to scale our customer acquisition and grow the Swedish market through marketing and reseller partnerships, as one of our core growth channels. This is a very exciting position for our home market Sweden, with great ownership, creative and strategic work and enormous growth potential over the next few years. You will be responsible for managing our partners, building a pipeline of new partners and the overall strategic development, planning and hands-on execution of partnerships in your market.
What you will work on
Find, execute and grow long-term marketing partnerships in Sweden - from acquisition, pitch, negotiations, to launch and long-term scaling and account management
Ensure alignment and constant optimisation across all touchpoints and tactics in the customer journey and lifecycle through partnerships
Explore and validate new business opportunities within partnerships and grow a pipeline of prospective partners
Work as part of our Global Marketing Partnerships Team and the local country team to build, optimize and develop the global and local partnerships strategy
Manage performance reporting
Build effective stakeholder relationships and processes with the Brand, Content, Product, Tech, Legal and Finance teams
Who we are looking for
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics or similar and first experience in either Marketing, Sales, Business Development or Partnerships, and want to build your career in a dynamic growth marketing environment
You have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, you are data-driven, result-oriented, radically customer-centric, and persistent and reliable in execution
You have outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both internal & external stakeholders, underlined by excellent project management skills
You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, where curiosity, passion, hunger for growth and learning is nurtured by implementing feedback quickly and where your ideas and individual contributions are wanted and needed
