Now, we are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to help us improve our customer experience, located in Stockholm or Berlin. 

Role Overview
The Marketing Automation Manager will be leading and shaping Readly´s CRM strategies across multiple touchpoints. You will be responsible for ensuring that we have the best possible set up for our audience by owning our customer journey and building the lifetime value. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for implementing engagement strategies as well as be the system owner for our CRM tool, Braze. 

 Key Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure we have the best possible customer journey and build the life time value of our audience
  • Implement multi-touchpoint engagement strategies, using email, push and in-app messaging
  • Develop testing strategies to improve CRM conversion and work with continuous improvement
  • Own and improve how we use our CRM tool, Braze
  • Lead and collect cross-functional assets relating to creative, copy and data
  • Support the CRM strategic vision with stakeholders across your team

Profile Overview

The Marketing Automation Manager will be a well-rounded digital marketer who brings a proven track record of success within a digital environment.

  • Digital Environment – You will have derived your digital marketing experience in transactional and digital businesses. Ideally, you will have had exposure to a subscription business. Preferably, you bring some experience of working in a smaller, growth company and will therefore be suited to the pace, ambiguity and accountability.
  • Culture Fit – You will embody our culture of bravery, humility and transparency and be passionate about helping us achieve our goals. You accept challenges, take responsibility and follow through. You seek out different perspectives, ideas and opinions and you share information openly and proactively.
