Now, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our amazing team within Readly. 

Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be leading and shaping Readly’s talent acquisitions strategies. You will be responsible for attracting the right talent and deliver a world class candidate experience. Reporting to the People and Culture Officer, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving talent acquisitions across multiple countries/cities. 

 Key Role Responsibilities

  • Develop talent acquisitions strategies and talent communication to attract the best talent for Readly
  • Drive talent acquisition processes and deliver a great candidate experience
  • Create and cultivate talent networks in line with strategic talent pools
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Profile Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a well-rounded talent attraction and communication individual who brings a proven track record of success within a digital environment.

  • Talent Acquisition Experience – You will have derived your talent acquisition experience in transactional and digital businesses. Ideally, you will have had exposure to a subscription business. Preferably, you bring some experience of working in a smaller, growth company and will therefore be suited to the pace, ambiguity and accountability.
  • Culture Fit – You will embody our culture of bravery, humility and transparency and be passionate about helping us achieve our goals. You accept challenges, take responsibility and follow through. You seek out different perspectives, ideas and opinions and you share information openly and proactively.
