About the role
To become a successful CFO at Readly we believe you are driven, business and result oriented and have IR experience.
You understand that, even though your primary responsibilities include overseeing the finance and legal functions, you will be asked to chip in elsewhere in the organization as well. Your core areas of responsibilities include monthly closings, forecasts, planning and follow up of cash flow and business analysis.
In addition, you will also be the main point of contact for banks, authorities, auditors and a key player together with the CEO in the relationship with current, as well as future, investors. 
At Readly, we expect you to hit the ground running and to contribute strategically in the management team to the future development of the company. Wherever you see the need, suggestions for defining (and refining) processes together with general working routines are most welcome. 
As CFO, you are responsible for preparing the board work and for any Corporate Governance questions.
The daily accounting for Readly’s domestic operations are handled inhouse, while external firms take care of this for the international daughter companies (in the US, UK and Germany). You’ll be responsible for managing the relationships with these external suppliers, ensuring a smooth collaboration.
With your ability to build a strong and result-oriented team, you will be heading up a group consisting of Head of Legal, one accountant, one business as well as a finance controller. You and your team members, have a can-do-attitude and there’s no problem your joint creativity can’t solve.

Experience & competencies required:
* +10 years’ experience of working within the finance function
* Strong IR & operational focus
* Previous experience of working in an international matrix organization
* Excellent business control skills
* Excellent relationship builder
* Excellent stakeholder management abilities
* Outstanding leadership skills
* Advanced analytical abilities
* Experience from consolidation and managing in a subsidiary company structure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, as well as         strong interpersonal skills
* University degree in Business Administration (MBA/M.Sc. or equivalent)
