and business oriented People & Culture Officer!

Readly is about to recruit a driven, business and people-oriented People & Culture Officer with international experience and a proven track record from a growing company. 
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person! 

The People & Culture Officer will build and structure the HR function from scratch! 


The initial focus will be to establish basic processes for recruitment and on boarding as the company will recruit in line with growth. It is essential that all implemented processes and guidelines are scalable for any additional countries. 


The People & Culture Officer will also lead Readly’s culture articulation and the culture building. The work with establishing the company culture will start from day 1 as it is a prerequisite to create a true digital appealing culture to attract the best talents!
You are expected to run the HR function independently and to represent HR in the Management team. You will lead the Performance Management process and build the foundation for employer branding and create brand awareness!
Furthermore, you will also develop onboarding and retention programs, establish a Readly career page and provide recruitment support for managers.
At Readly, we expect you to hit the ground running and to contribute strategically in the management team to the future development of the company. Wherever you see the need, suggestions for defining (and refining) processes together with general working routines are most welcome. 

Experience & competencies required
• University degree (MBA/M.Sc. or equivalent) 
• 10+ years HR working experience
• Familiarity with Swedish labor law 
• Excellent business understanding and experience of driving strategic HR projects
• Experience of coaching and developing managers and other employees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven track record from an international growing company
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management
